The Dupree House Salon & Day Spa Policies
Appointments:
- Appointments may be scheduled in person or over the phone during regular business hours Tuesday – Friday.
- We kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to update pertinent information and prepare for treatment.
- We make every effort to accommodate requests for specific times and dates. However, we suggest that you book appointments for special days and occasions well in advance.
- All spa packages and treatments must be reserved with a credit card.
- Parties of 3 or more must be reserved with a credit card. Cancellation policies apply.
- In order to protect our therapists, complaints of a client's sexual advances or harassment will not be tolerated. Any client who offers such advances will be asked to leave and not return.
Cancellations:
- A 24-hour notice is required to cancel all service appointments.
- A 48-hour notice is required to cancel spa packages.
- Services canceled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
- Spa packages canceled with less than a 48-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
- No-shows are automatically charged the full price of the scheduled service.
Payment Options:
- We accept cash, personal checks and credit cards.
- Please note that there is a $30 service charge on all returned checks.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Gratuities are customary and appreciated, however, they are not included in the pricing.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Unopened products may be exchanged or returned within 30 days for merchandise or salon credit only. Refunds will be given only in cases of special circumstances.
- Opened or used products may be returned within 10 business days from date of purchase for merchandise or salon credit only. Refunds will be given only in cases of special circumstances.
Gift Certificates:
- Gift certificates may be purchased in person or over the phone.
- At your request, we will mail prepaid gift certificates directly to the recipient. Please allow five business days for delivery.
Hours of Operation:
- Tuesday – Friday 10 am – 5 pm
- Monday and Saturday by appointment only.
Comfort considerations:
- To ensure a relaxing experience for all of our guests, please refrain from using your cell phone in the spa area.
- For safety reasons, all children visiting the salon must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Children are not allowed in the treatment rooms.
- The salon is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles. For your security, we suggest that you leave all valuables at home.
Due to insurance considerations, customers are not allowed to bring alcohol.
